Looking for wheels for my 87 rx7 but i dont know what size rim i can fit looking at the work equip 03 wheel they go all the way to 11 wide dont think i can fit that but if you guys have pics of your fc's with kick ass wheels post them up going with 15's dont like the big rim look with rx7's i like to see alot of meat on them any suggestions or tell me how fat you are running stagered thanks in advance.

Most people go with a staggered set-up with 7 in. Front and 9 in. Rear. The offset should be somewhere around +35. I haven't seen a whole lot of FC's with 15's though. 16's still have a lot of tire on them.

i've seen 16 x 10 on the back, but the tires were rubber bands and the offset was ridiculous. not sure if it was on stock struts though.

if you have the stock ride height, i would go ahead and go with a 16" wheel and a 50 series tire. that is still a considerable amount of tire on 16" rims. not trying to play devil's advocate, but i think that 16's and 17's look right on FC's. 15's are a little small with too much tire and 18's need to be so narrow on the front with a small series tire all of the way around. an ideal set-up for a street car, IMO, would be 17" x 8.5" +35 rear and 16" x 7" +35-40 in front. street-strip i would do the same set-up with 16's in the rear also. strictly strip, i would do about the same but 15's with most width possible in back.
