thanks guys i couldnt be more happy myself...yes the cover does use a gasket, and it can re used, its pretty sturdy. seriously guys, just follow the how-to, the one that says how-to paint your valve cover and heatshield, its all there...excellent tutorial.

whats the torque specs on the cover bolts?

no torque specs for the cover just bolt it back down tight enough for oil to not come shooting outhorrible pic..way too much saturation, ill take another tomoro after i clean down the motor and bay

torque specs are 15-18 pounds iirc. i torqued mine down to 16 pounds. no leaks, no problems.
