MSP rods and pistons for boosted p5???

does anybody know if this would work out and if it does does anybody have some they want to part with, how much hp can they handle?

they would work.. yes... but they are identical to your stockers, and thus a waste of time, unless you are just looking for replacements. but i wouldn't re-use pistons ever anyways.

I suggest getting a forged set, there are a few options, or atleast getting a new set of pistons from Mazda if you are just looking ro replacements for a short block rebuild

Get a set of Oliver rods and CP pistons from Beau at Mental Addiction Motorsports (screen name: Mamotorsports).
He gets them specially made for our cars. Cost is $1300 for the set and comes with rings, clips, pins, etc.
