Could someone please help me, I'm looking for a replacement radiator but all I can find are radiators that fit the stock protege and none that fit the MSP (despite them claiming that they do). I have an FMIC but the the pipes take up the space where the stock intercooler was. I have ~24-25 inches of space there and the only radiators i can find are 27-28 inches (width). If someone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!

THERES a low profile 16 x26 northern radiator but you will need to make cutom brackets and figure out the hose problem the top is 1.5 and bottom is 1.75 opening for the hoses versus our car has 1.12 hose opening. besides that I have not seen anything else besides the stock option

thanks for the advice, i think i might just end up getting it repaired at a radiator shop.

my mechanic was able to find an OEM MSP replacement, it fit stock location with room for the SMIC. we left SMIC in its spot even though i have FMIC. so dont quit looking. just find one with the right measurements.

www.carparts.com this site will tell you nearest junkyard that carrys what ever you need. i had the same issue with my msp i ended up with a 2002 protege es radiator fits perfect. if you got the money get a mishimoto $340. on a budget get stock you dont really need mishi's unless you got a built motor
