Are you eliminating the stock hood release cable, or are these to augment that?
Do the pins just mount to the rad support?
I was too scared to try and squeeze them in on the radius of the hood to not have enough clearance underneath without having to hack something else up. So I did what I've seen before with Citizenpro and a few others with the extension rod to bolt down behind each headlight.

one little question. Your link to the slide shows have a few bottom end pictures where it looks like you're running a UDP...but I can't find in the descriptions if you were or not, only see the spec flywheel...
so have you been running a UDP with a lightweight flywheel? I'm not starting the debates about how good or bad that combo is, i'm more interested in some harmonics with the FS crank...some engines simply can't handle that setup, but i've never seen one FS crank bite it from not using the stock balance...Since you definitely have one of the most powerful FS's of all time, it would be a good bit of info to know how long you've used light weight stuff hanging on the end of our crank...
