Ok, Turn this into a game..

In This Picture.. Stock Parts..

-The three parts that make up the OEM Strut Bar.
-Some of the Nuts and Bolts are Original (Stock)
-The Block and Head are Stock.
-Dipstick and Dip Tube
-Radiator Brackets (Being Replaced)
-Brake Booster, Master Cylinder and Clutch Master Cylinder.

Feel Free to add to the list.

Brian why not add a more rigid strut tower bar with fewer bolted parts? The Carbing is a single welded piece of steel or aluminum. Much stronger than the OEM bar and eliminates those useless brackets on each side.

Have you considered the street unit motor mounts for your build ? I have them in my protege5 and love them.

Brian what is your end goal gearing wise? Tall enough for 200 mph? If you start going crazy with aero and want to take on a really fun project, replace your side view mirrors with integrated wide angle cameras with a small LCD on the inside. Weight should stay the same but the aero benefits will be great. 5% reduction in Cd on average. Well worth it.

If you want to make it aerodynamic, start with the HUGE flat front end that Protege's have...

I figured he's already working on that with the splitter. He could throw a huge nose cone on the thing and extend it 5 feet but it'll look silly. I was simply talking about a cool project idea that would probably be passed over in someone else's build thread.

brian, did you get to tx? car looks awesome, glad to hear your doing some more work on her this winter, i mean what would winter be without a mp5t build thread?? :)

Full skid pad plus the rear difuser. Maybe some front difusers . I love how many rice cars throw these things all over their car never to be used, yet Brian's would be one of the few that would actually need them...and currently he doesn't have any! Lol, making ricers look sooo bad
