My dealer did the same thing at 30k. Recommended the exact same things at the same prices. I had just changed my filters so that was particularly annoying. They have definitely become worse over time. I will be doing my own work when the warranty expires. I declined everything other than the oil change and added Techron to the tank. That should do everything their product does.
My nearby dealer had been pestering me for the "ups and extras" stuff for a couple of years. And at the last service with them they suggested a half-dozen expensive things that weren't hardly problems, including removal of the dash/console to get at the minor "clicking" sound as the HVAC blower is running.
Finally stopped doing them entirely. At which point they began positively peppering me with telephone calls, to remind me that "if there's anything we can do, don't hesitate". Yeah. First thing. A good 100+ calls in the past year or so. The ignore/block feature on the phone has come in very handy. They've gotten sleazy in the way that people are describing here. Haven't spoken with them in many, many months.
