May need help installing the WGA

Look, if you just want to cause trouble and are looking for street races, I'm sure Import Atlanta could help you on that, but no one here will street race you.

hey man im not trying to cause trouble but i don't like some guys i have never met calling me a idiot... or calling my car a POS.. would you? if your going to talk you should be able to back it up, am i wrong? my POS will be at the strip in commerce this friday night if anyone would like to come up and have some fun on the track.

I thought I had mentioned it at some point, probably thrown into one of those Fast and Furious script recitals at bowling.

I would take everything your friend with the VW says with a grain of salt, his platform is just a tad different from ours, and though knowledge about turbos and supporting systems is universal, the components sometimes play more integral roles in different kinds of setups.

great advise, i know my car and anything about a SBC, but i have never worked on a mazda or MSP as you call them i was not aware that they are such fragile "sp" engine setups but you do offer good advise and thanks for not bashing a guy you don't know.. like some of your buddies do..

Easy man, no need to start this up again. I went and edited the other post too so that your car has not been offended. Just sit back and take it easy so my section of the forums doesn't end up like trash. You have to admit that the way Dale brings his questions in here he is just asking for the smart ass remarks most of the people here are gonna throw out there. It is the same on every forum. But there are people here who know these cars, just like you know yours, and we can give Dale a hand. Myself and two other guys spent five minutes under his hood last week and fixed three things quick like. Hell I knew the by pass valve was in the wrong direction just by a picture he posted up and he still wasn't able to fix it until I saw it in person. We are here to help and we don't need anybody running around starting drama about how much faster thier car is, especially on public roads cause most of us won't venture to challenge you to that in most circumstances. I invite you to autox your car with us, not to race us, but to really see how your car and you balance. I think you'll be really suprised. You could be a great driver for all we know, we never said you were a bad one. Some guys here don't like another brand of a car, big s***, I am sure you've made plenty of comments yourself about other brands. Who really cares, you can grow up alittle and still have fun with your cars. Do that.

i agree with you. i don't want some guys bashing me just like you don't like to be bashed, i don't know how well i would do at an autox event, if i can find the time to come out i will try to come and squish some cones with ya'll, i know just as well as any car guy that a big HP FWD has loads and loads of understeer but i do have a boost controler to help with that, and my VW just isn't all HP and TQ the suspension (sp) has been moded to cope with the new power ie, H&R coil overs, oversized sways front and rear, some hand fabed up and lower front and rear tie bars. so i think i might be able to hold my own. but on the other hand why don't some of you Mazda guys come up to the strip on Friday and have some straight line fun, see if you can put your power down on a track... its alot harder than you think too.. but no harm no foul.. you can never have too many car guys.

Will

Well as posted, I will be there tomorrow... running the MSP for the first time on any legal track. Somewhat excited, somewhat scared.

don't launch it too hard, never know how much strain has alrady been put on your LSD, limited slip differential. It is the known weakpoint in the tranny. It actually is a good LSD, just got put together poorly. Maybe if you get the Colt runnign and drivable we can pull your tranny off and get the diff housing welded up for you, no worries then. Tranny wise anyways.
