Lowering P5

Ok here is what you do .... go down to your local hardware store and buy 4 sacks of cement place 1 in the back 2 on the back floor and 1 on the front passenger floor then fill them with water ...this will not only lower your car but it will lower your center of gravity ! or you can call up Rishie give him all your money and buy the JIC FLT-A2 coilovers ... the choice is yours

that works too, but i have some springs that were only used for two months ill sell you for 100 dollars plus shipping.

kymp5, where are those shots of your car taken? my relatives live in lexington and that area looks familar? it's not near man o war, is it? by the fayette mall?

the small one in the middle was taken in shillito park right behind fayette mall. the one on the right was taken in hamburg, and the other in my work parking lot. i have a few more form the park that were okay. heres one more

I would recommend the ground control adjustable coilovers. I have them and lowered mine 3 inches front and back. It looks slammed. The ride quality is great too. I paid 350 shipping and all. I paid 160 for the installation. It looks awesome, or atleast to me it does.

car looks real nice!! although it looks more orange than red?

It looks like he painted it the MSP spicy orange in that last pic.

I love that front lip. Wish I had the extra $$ to get one for my car.

Waiting for next years tax returns for 17's and I want Eibachs too and ..... and.... and....

tokico doesnt make a suspension for our cars. try JIC if not TIEN. skip the fake coilovers like GC and Skunk. just go with some springs until you can afford the good stuff. and 17s aren't a must. im real happy with my rotas. with the 205 tires they look twice as wide as stock.

The skunk coilovers are bad, ride quality that is. I'll swear up and down that the ground control coilovers are great. Excellent ride quality all things considered. There isn't a car out there that will ride prefectly smooth when you drop it 3 inches front and back. I'd just say the gc kit is a great buy for the money. I'm not going to hate on the tein coilovers, they are great in they're own respect. (silverp5)
mods: ingen cai, gc adjustable coilovers, APEXi AFC, Autometer Air/Fuel gauge, Autometer EGT, Auotmeter Boost gauge, Spool Turbo kit with T3 turbo, full 2 1/2 turbo back exhaust(custom), 5% tint all the way around, Fosgate HE2 12's, punch 500.2 amp.

future mods: Large front wind split with downforce wings, M3 mirrors, and some damn wheels.

some of my pics look orange because i used a bad digital camera for them. the other pics i have were taken by our graphic designer at work. he has a badass camera that always makes my car look good.

here is what our car looks like spicy orange. i took this one in cincinnatti

Ok you guys are for one crazy if you talk about a 3 inch drop, I just lowered mine this weekend, put some 18's and wow it is low. All I lowered it was 1.3 and it rubs. Let me know whatcha think, and as far as the 3 inches go.... yeah right. not happening.

RED-ONE

How about a picture of the whole car to get the big picture.

A picture next to a stock MP5 would show the difference too.

BTW those rims are sweet!
