If you're talking about dsmtalk I'm XiR_Eclipse over there, so pretty much telling the guy that he should be safe and get 720's he's looking for 11's and over 400hp to the wheels in a 2g so I told him 720's or 850's to be safe and get a dsmlink to tune it with that way in case he ever want's more upgrades or gets a bad tank of gas or something he won't have to worry about running lean. Better safe than sorry.

Too big :).. you get better atomization from a smaller injector running at a higer duty than a larger injector running lower duty. Picture a garden hose sprayer at full blast- fine spray coming from it. Now turn it down and you get a trickle :).. 550's are plenty for mid-high 11's. 660's max. I think Dave B. was running 10's on 660's a few years back.

Oh yeah- I don't spend much if any time on DSM Talk- maybe once every three or four months. I don't have the patience for that place :). If you want serious converasation from people that know what the hell they are talking about DSM wise, check out the NABR boards.. No BS there, they will boot people for being stupid :)... Lots of knowledge and no tolerance for people spreading wrong information.

hey i got an idea for every1 who says the intake is worthless and so on. IF U DONT WANT TO BUY IT, DONT!!!! No one is forcing any of us to get it. people are trying to be nice and set this group buy up for us. as for the price. ANY good intake that requires as much piping as ours is gonna be pricey. as some1 stated before, limited production car = limited production intake. as for everyone who says their "homemade" cone filter will do the same, intake is supposed to take in COLD air as far away from engine as possible, the area around the stock airbox is pretty hot since its close to the engine, so what would that help if it just sucks in hot air????

I give up.. You guys are on your own.. If anyone wants any real advice, feel free to email. Typical forum BS. I'll let you know when I go 13's on the stock IC, IC pipes, BOV and for the hell of it, I'll even put the stock air box back in it :)..

thank you for repeating what like 5 other people have said. and kwik I would love to have a serious conversation, you can hit me up on AIM if you want I think the name is in my profile.

I hate to keep this rolling, but seriously...I am not gonna buy the intake just yet. To me, it seems like not everyone will hold out for a group buy. I say $300 is too much, so I will wait. But those that are saying it itsn't too much are probably gonna buy it as soon as they can. Those are the ones that will screw the rest of us over. If there are about 70 or so MSP owners on this site, we'd need at least half, if not damn near everybody together on this group buy, and I don't see it happening.

there is NO msrp released yet. If you are going to go ahead and steal this from me. Do it on another thread atleast. Yees,,,, just what we need.. another injen thread.
