Looks good, but I usually just clean mine everytime I wash the car so that it's no chore to do it. Pressure wash it and it's good to go.

Take your main apark plug wire there and pull it tight, and re-clip it in. It bugs my when they're slack...

Is it a good idea to pressure wash a hot engine? Won't something like the block crack from the temperature difference?

Yeah, soaking my engine bay does not sound appealing somehow.

I mean its ok to hose it off, but pressure washing will force water into places it shouldnt be. And if you do hose it off put a bag around your intake and your altinator.

It still scares the hell out of me though. Ha.

id never take a hose to my engine. that just seems to have bad news written all over it

Just a regular hose is fine. Water gets all over everything in there when it rains. Just don't spray a pressure washer on anything that you'd rather not get water in. Usually the worse that can happen is getting water in one of the spark plug holes. Then you have to wait for it to dry before the car will run.

true. but the idea still scares me lol

**** that, I've detailed cars for 5 years, and I pressure wash my own engine everytime I wash the car, no ill effects whatsoever... Do it while the engine is warm, not hot and the water will evaporate real fast...
