I dont know what to do with my interior. I was going to order black and tan perferated leather to match the golf ball effect that is in my car. I painted all 4 door panels black, didnt use the right stuff so now its chipping in places. I like the black and tan effect, but it was suggested to me to have my interior somewhat like my paint job. which I was going to do for my subs when I get around to finding help to fix the boxes. I also had to throw out my old carpet because it was moldy and discusting, (which btw I would like to thank the assholes that "fixed" the car) since they werent thourogh my car is leaking, there was no savig that carpet.
But now Im stuck on the seats: should I get sparcos? Use different colors? have the whole inside covered with tweed? leather?
If I could find the interior to an mp3 or the mazda speed I would use that.

Anyway I figured I would post this because I know I will get great suggestions. I didnt think that the interior would be so hard to figure out, my paint job was way easier to come up with. Thanks in advance for your help.

Damn I have been thinking about your question for a few minutes and I am kind of stumped. The green exterior is what is holding me up. It was alot easier for me with silver because the color combinations were much easier to choose. I say have all your door panels and the dash recovered in a dark gray vinyl. I think that would look better than black with the green. Take all the plastic pieces inside and paint them the same green as your exterior. And for the seats I am really stumped. I don't think any sort of green in the seats would look good. I guess somebody else will have to think of a solution for that one.

The black and tan go with the car well if you ask me. I dont want to over do the green and the paint job, its obnoxious itself.

motegi i got the perfect guy! been doin it for 25 years hell come to you take everythng he needs re wrap or relay whatever he needs and come back and put it in your car. He did my interior and its awesome. He can anythhing things from suede to gucci.

I live in S. FL soo does he hell come to you.

Do you have any pictures of what he has done.
A friend of mine Johnathon had this place called KJ customs do his. they wrapped every thing with red tweed and then the got leather on his seats black and red. The dash has a 3D tribal design. looks like he did great work on it too. I just want to figure this out so I can have a decent looking interior and then I will start on my boxes..again... it sucks that I tore my car apart like I have. I have dissasembled everything but the engine, that will come last, I cant wait. its a suprise

ive attached my car, he didnt do the seats, i can have more pictures of his work. the whole protege5 and seat and everything else (headliner etc) removed and installed mostly vinyl and dye. estimate of 1400 and im high ballen its cause im not the pro

excellent work and he backs it if you have problems hell fix it. Best thing is he comes to you. You have to leave a message at that number because he doesnt have anyone to answer the phones.

haha i love it! cars tottally blacked out on the outside. you lift and open the door and is like BAM

ummm ... damn its hard, tan and black wont cut it in my opinion since theres nothing on your car black or tan, i mean u should use at least one color from the exterior and bring it in ... i say either black and white or green and white .... but the porblem with white is it gets dirty quick as anything .... i really dont know which way u should go, i mean white and green will look sick but it might be a b**** cleaning it and it will be expensive since u will have to redo EVERYTHING in the interior including the seat belts. u can try to stay with the stock color and bring the green in (which is what i did) i wanted it black and red at first but i would have to change EVERYHTING in the car and i didnt have time for that and though that s*** would eventually chip and all, so i was told that it would be better to use the stock color and work around it.

Thanks D, I think I can pull it off. I have already gone extreme with the outside, I might as well echo the extremity on the inside. lol.

Dont I know your buddy? ;) A friend of mine Rick who is part of the corolla club has a green and white interior. Im a fan of dark colors myself, so If I went with it I might do a lot of green, not a lot of white. Besides green and white where my HS colors. Blech

If are you willing, definately go with the white and green interior. It will look incredible, especially with the white graphics down the side. Here is a picture of my buddy Jordan's Grand Am. He painted the entire interior white with the same blue as his exterior for the trim pieces.

Yeah he was going to get some Sparco's and then do blue and white on the rear seat. But he is selling the car right now.
