Mazda CX-5 2024 GS Interior Rattles

Hello guys, I just got a Mazda CX-5 2024 GS model. It's not even a complete month that I have taken the car to the dealership twice for the noises/rattles coming from the dashboard, doors, pillars and what not. The dealership inserted foams between the panels and trims to reduce the friction but nothing seems to help! pretty stressed and annoyed during the drive and makes me anxious behind the wheel all the time.

Any suggestions? Solutions? Thanks!

That's unusual. I have two CX-5's and neither one has any rattle at all.
In fact, rattles are the least mentioned problem on this forum.

Yes, indeed it's unusual. Even high mileage, early model skyactiv owners don't deal with or report this.

I've got one occasional rattle ... more of a buzzing. In a 100Kmi+ 2016.5 CX-5 GT. It's in the A-pillar, but it's occasional enough that I haven't bothered to remove it and place felt (?) padding in there to eliminate the rubbing. Otherwise, it's been pretty solid.

If it's rattles, squeaking or "creaking" noises inside the trim areas, short of finding a loose part or two I'd say the dealer's on the right track. Putting in some added foam/felt to get the inside-the-trim stuff to stay put and cease it's rubbing/rattling is probably the best shot at correcting it.

Unfortunately, a lot of the wiring and lighter stuff that's inside the trimwork generally isn't held down tightly and separated solidly from other surfaces very well. Most makers seem to skimp on that sort of thing.

I have a rattle in the a pillars as well. Applying pressure to the tweeter makes it go away. I pulled the panel back but there are black plastic pieces not allowing me to pull it all the way off. I feel like messing with this area is iffy since the air bags are stored here.

My blower motor also has a rattle at certian rpm.
Rear seat latches in the cargo area rattle from subwoofer (aftermarket).

This is one of the more quiet cars I've been in. Especially coming from a 2022 civic that sounded so cheap and everything rattled. That car was a POS as far as build quality was concerned.

The dealership inserted foam strips in the dashboard panels, but still there are occasional rattles. Now it seems like noise is coming from the passenger side door/its speaker grill/window button area/seat belt pillar (B-pillar). Started to hate my driving experience.

My 21 has an occasional clicking from the steering column (known issue) and from the center of the dash around the infotainment screen. Nothing unusual to me. All my cars have some noises from time to time. With all the flexing and bumps, its unavoidable.
