i got the mag, saw that it had a protege in it, got all excited, then had a HUGE letdown when i saw it. granted there is a ton of work that went into it, but there was also a ton of work that went into the alpine mini that i think is horrible

a car doesnt have to be built exactly how u want it to be able to appreciate it. dont spend so much time hating it because he didnt build his car the way you would. spend time appreciating the work and time he put into it.

hating? no dude the car is just butt ugly. wether it took the guy 2 or 20 years i dont really care, if it looks like s*** and smells like s***, it has to be s***. like i said this is just my opinion. i also dont want it to be built like i want it, but the car would have looked better if it was.

again u dont have to like the design or color of a car to respect the quality of the guys work.the guy has skills because allot of people don't even realise that he built that car, most think it came off the factory like that, and to me that means he did a hell of a job.

The guy that owns that car owns Ballistic Unlimeted, a mens clothing line. He has previously built a 99 pro sedan that was pretty pimp with Fiber optic Mazda emblems sewen into the seats.

I never seen a MAzdaspeed that he has built.

i bought that issue just for that car. it is pretty incredible some of the work he did to it. and for you 'haters' you at least have to admire how awesome that front end looks. it is sick..........

sorry just annoys me when someone does something totally creative and pretty much not done to the scene and people hate on it.

wake if you appreciate the work put into it, say u appreciate the work not just that its ugly. basically you guys are ragging on the guy for the way he built it yet say nothing about the quality of the job he did, that just annoys me. people are to quick to just rip on people. esp. nowadays with all the internet jockeys. if u appreciate the work but dont like the car, then say that. because i'm sure 99% of the people who rip on it, wouldn't say those same things to the person publicly. they'd all say nice job, or great quality, even if they didnt like it. somehow the internet gives people the desire to want to tear other people down.
