Yup. Not sure if it will work by itself, but it definitely works now. Before I was getting a cut vacuum line after a few miles of driving. Since I clocked the end 90 degrees I haven't had a single problem, and I've driven a few hundred miles. I'd try clocking it first, then if you're having issues start cutting the hood vent, instead of doing it the opposite way like me LOL
