Injen is awesome

Sixmil: Just put on my Injen and there's no hesitation at all. Plenty of intake whooshing noise, but it pulls strongly all the way to redline. However, temps have only been in the low 80s. We'll see how the August autox goes.

YellowSpeed17 - the hard-pipe kit will be available shortly. We've already done several prototypes and working on the best material combination to give the most heat insulation inside and as much reflectivity outside. The price will be ~$350US or so which will replace the inlet from stock air-box -> turbo, from turbo compressor out -> I/C, from stock I/C outlet to throttle body as well as from stock airbox to wheel well.

KyRaceFan - The hard-pipe kit can be used with the FMIC upgrade. If you buy the hard-pipe kit now, you'll only need to purchase 1 pipe (a new Turbo->I/C pipe) and the I/C itself, which will be cheaper then buying the whole FMIC kit. We design our pieces to be upgradeable.

If you want a cheap fix just take the snorkel from the stock air box and point it down. Not as nice as having hard pipes though.

Kenetix-Have you done this on your car? If so did you feel a difference?

I did when I first had the car. I really didnt feel any difference, but then again, It really wouldnt make much of one, I'd just suggest it to the people you arent running a CAI, which I think are kinda of overrated unless you're heavily moded or running a different intercooler setup.
