2008 Mazda Speed3
For those of you who dont know me or dont remember me, i had an enthusiastically modified speed3 which turned for the worst when i was t-boned and totaled a while back...

I had picked up a turboed 93 acura and after some fun with that, it wasnt a good DD and just a headache with burning oil and what not...

so i sold it off...

now im in the car hunt again and have found the winner i believe.

i have found a 2006 mazdaspeed 6 locally, black with black rims and tints and what not, pretty much where i left off with my speed 3 except with 4 doors and AWD..

it has 37,000 miles on it and still has 13,000 left on the warranty which is awesome. i will be the 3rd owner..

the second owner received it with an intake and exhaust but had removed them...

the car as it sits now is stock besides for the tmw short shifter and forge motor mounts, cobb AP on the stock tune.
The clutch is being replaced pretty much as we speak and the two rear shocks are being replaced as well since the car just came off bc coilovers and the old ones were bad for just sitting out for a couple years.

the carfax has one accident but it was a parking lot fender bender and is all good now, no frame damage or anything. the turbo seals are mint, no oil consumption or burning whatsoever.

i am extremely happy that this car is still available and that ill be able to join the m247 community again! the first couple of mods are probly gonna be cobb SRI and a forge bpv and then suspension but who knows, i first have to buy the car!

anyways, just letting everyone know ill be back shortly hopefully!

Welcome back! I'm sorry about your car, glad you are ok tho. Good luck getting the MS6 also!

Side note: I love your wheels, did you powder coat them yourself?

had them done, but yeah they are powdercoated, the ms6 also has black powdercoated wheels and ill be painting the emblem in the middle red.. haha

but thanks man!

Welcome back. I remember cringing when I saw your "after" pics the first time. It's not any easier to look at them now. Ouch!

Now make with the MS6 pics already! lol

Nice! good luck again. If you don't mind me asking, how much did that run you? I've been tossing the idea of doing it myself but dont wanna F things up.

Also, I feel your pain, I got rear ended over a month ago and pushed into another car and it is STILL in the shop. No boost for 34 days lol

haha that must be awful! and yeah BillTheCat i will sure post some pics up of the ms6 when i get time, pretty much my car just sedan version haha! but yeah ill get them up

and i did it smart, in buffalo there is a industrial powdercoating company that did it for 50 a wheel, since theyre used to bigger projects the wheels were easy and that came with sandblasting and everything, so i paid 200 and waited 4 days thats it.. and not 1 chip after 2 years of having them powdercoated...

however if u go to a wheel painting/wheel specialist powdercoating, your loooking at like 200 a wheel, just cause they can charge that you know..

look for an industrial powdercoating plant in your area. def the way to go

ur original ms3 was hot... very cool.. always nice to see a fellow metro gray ms3!

what color paint is the 2006 ms3 u r looking at?

theres, two one is black mica the other true red, im leaning towards the true red one since its a GT and FULLLYYYYY loaded, however im second in line, the first guy is taking it to his mechanic to get it checked out, hopefully he backs out last minute.
