yeah i've used NOcrack myself, however i was never really able to keep up with the fluid intake...more power to ya.

oh wait s***....my bad i mean NOExplode.....my fault....i never had the pill version...although i hear what i am taking is a little more to the point...

probably...the pill takes a while for your body to recognize. i'd say about a week or so before you can FEEL the results or should i say...it working.any other ingestible form thats not capsulated should work faster. there is a process in your body that is good to know called "the first pass". This is where whatever you ingest is passed through the liver. Including foreign bodies. In essence, if your body doesnt know what it is, it will waste it. One of the main reasons why any cycle will raise the dosage gradually. So your body will recognize it as something that will be there on a regular basis and considered normal. So i'm all for any types of powder form supplement.

I read the first couple pages... and the last few posts. I doubt anyone will actually seriously consider what I'm about to say but... I'll say it anyway.

As a PT, I feel people rely far too heavily on supplements. Hydroxycut and all the others are essentially caffeine pills. Read the label and note the exborbatant amount of caffeine and ask yourself if you really need to load yourself with that garbage. You mentioned the uneasy feeling the ephedra version gave you. While this probably won't be at that level, you'll definitely experience some negative side-effects. Will they give you more energy? Absolutely. Will it come at the risk of 'crashing' after the drug wears off? Most definitely.

Here's the bottom line. People work out to look better first and get healthier second. This is wrong. If one were to focus on simply being as healthy and fit as they can be, naturally they'd end up looking good as well. The problem is, they'd certainly have to make some changes in the way they obtain their goals. Loading your body with garbage the meathead at GNC suggested doesn't exactly put your body's health first. There are far better (and cheaper) ways of getting the energy you need in order to work out harder and thus raise your metabolism. That's what this is all about in the end. Ignore those before and after photos. What they're not telling you is that those people were part of a massive program that included a regimented training program. That's where their results came from. Not some caffeine pill.

i'm just posting what some of fellow team mates (SF team) have used and found positive results. if you dont like it then dont use it, i didnt post to cause an arguement or bulls*** bashing. and not all lab produced anabolics cause adverse effects, this ignorance is what helped add to the demise of 1-AD, an excellent product if used properly. and of course, all results are user dependent, no matter what you use. I think i may have an idea of what i'm talking about as a special forces operator and medic.

and the rep I got ices the cake

sorry dude but if people are gonna put their time, effort, and money into getting real results I'll object to any bulls*** posted. People who read this thread for any info will make up their own mind.

and I think i may have an idea of what i'm talking about being I'm the pope.

you can call bulls*** on the SF thing...i deal with it on a regular basis. i dont really have anything to prove to anyone except ragheads. and until you actually use the product, dont bash it. the rep wasn't for merely disagreeing with me, or noting an objection in a civil manner. it was for being an over bearing asshole, so i now end this tift and leave the rest to the personal trainer, cuz my world and ya'lls are completely different animals.

i saw the rep....look man i aint here for personal attacks, the fellow asked for what would give results and i posted what i have been EXPOSED to, not necessarily personally used. i just gave information that i thought would help the guy and i got s*** for it. and if ya wanna see what i do, come on down to Bragg, and i'd be glad to show you.

was doing some quick searching for a cheaper alternative to a PT and came across freetrainers.com. Just filled out some stuff and they gave me a routine. didn't really go through it and might change it a bit. I chose 4 days a week cause thats what I want to do until the semester ends then when I have more time at end of december I'll switch to 5 days a week. Let me know what some of you think: http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/ExerciseProgram.jsp

seems like a pretty good plan bro. i urge you to check out www.crossfit.com though. its a friggin SMOKER!! best results i've personally seen for over all fitness and lean muscle developement.

buy the arnold schawrzenagger encylcpedia to body building or the one written by joe weider they will help you tremendously. There is only one thing i take and its after my workout its, choclate whey protein, peanut butter, banana, milk and ice blended together its really good.

Man, all you guys take hydroxycut to lose weight? I wash a few pills down with coffee in the morning so I can get through the busy days I usually have.

One major problem with it is that it raises your blood pressure. I was almost rejected from an officer program because my blood pressure was high on a commissioning physical. I stopped taking it for a week and my blood pressure went back to normal. Just a health warning. I'm too busy to care about health right now so I still take it. I am trying to cut down though.

With regards to working out. I stay in pretty good shape because of my mandatory workouts run by the Marines three times a week. Everyone on here is going to tell you their version of the perfect way to get into shape. You just need to find activity that you like (so you will stick with it), and that other people like (so you have people to motivate you when you don't want to do it), and a diet that works for you whether it be Atkins, low-fat, South Beach, weight-gain (because if you don't like it you won't stick with it).

Jred i think all you need is a good diet and different cardio machines... staying away from the fats and sugars like mentioned.

Some ideas... Almonds, spinach, fish, chicken, broc, natural peanut butter and the regular oatmeal. Like witchdokter stated you want 1-1.5 grams per pound but try mixing it with water. If you want smoothies try water, ice, fat-free yogart or bananna with a scoop of peanut butter.

Creatine prob wont do you any good ethier, youll prob retain more water. Al though meal replacement are good too, i like Metrx packets.

opinion noted, thanks for the input :) i totally agree with you about people oversupplementing, thus my desire to only stick to whey protein. and the only reason i am going to have meal replacement bars for breakfast is because i don't have time to actually cook anything in the morning and it's hard to keep an egg in my desk drawer :)

thanks. i think my main problem is i want everything yesterday. it's only been a month back for me (actually a month and 2 days come to think about it) after a few months of eating out and just eating whatever and not exercising. i'm sure in another month or 2 i'll be happier with the results.

my main problem with my diet is that i'm lazy :) i still live at home and my mom buys food, so i just eat whatever she buys and cooks for dinner because it's so much easier for me. it's usually not bad stuff, but not exactly "healthy" food. sure i could go to the grocery store and get my own food, but it's just so much easier not to :) also my dad works for keebler so i get free kelloggs/keebler food, not that i eat it much but it's always around

i don't really plan to take creatine, the only time i've taken it was when i got to a plateau and was trying to make myself get over it.

just eat alot of taco bell and then shoot yourself when you think you get too fat.

thats the diet im on.
i eat taco bell every once in a while, it feels healthier to me than mcdonald's. when i eat it though i only get the normal chicken or beef tacos, so it's just lettuce, cheese and meat, not crazy sauces or anything

EAS myoplex is a good meal replacemebnt, i used to get the strawberry and micc with pineapple water and ice, ite really good
