yup today is the big day. just thinking about her sayin no and telling all her friends at work that i asked her out and she said no is really scaring me right now. but hey i have to step up to the plate and finish it. life does go on if she says no she says no there other fish in the sea. wish me luck .

k well results are she didnt go to work today but i knew that if i didnt get her number you all would be disappointed with me so what i did is i get some other girls number at the store when i went to get something to drink. so even though i didnt get the girl i wanted i got some other girls number but with the girl at work since i already have her number from a while back i might just call her tomorrow and ask her to go out for a walk in the park.ill let u all know what happens tomorrow with the girl from work. also it aint that hard going up to a girl and talking to them and then asking them for there number it pretty easy. what helped me out is i told myself that life goes on if she were to say no. ya i was sweating buckets when i asked her but hey it all good i still got her number. again ill let u know what happens tomorrow. thanks
True story:
I worked part time at a store in Miami while waiting on the police academy. While there at the store, a guy from ADT walks in. Apparently, the other girls have been setting off the alarm on a daily basis, in which the store was fined almost every time (they thought it was funny). Anyways... he walks in to check on the alarm because apparently, the owner of the store thought that the alarm was faulty (because it kept going off all the time... no thanks to the idiots). Well, he comes in to replace the alarm pad and check things out. While in the store, he talks to one of the other employees. He asks who I was then after a while of checking me out quietly, comes over to talk to me. He says "hey, you look familiar". (like I've never gotten THAT before.) I said "nope, dont think so." and go on about my business. So... he goes on to say "yeah, hey I know! Have you ever been in the military?" (and at this point I'm thinking.... oh boy, what's the rest of THIS line?) And he says "I know this sounds crazy, but were you ever in the Marines?" Thats when I realized that he must've seen me before. I really didnt recognize him at all but it turns out that he had gone to the same military schools and duty stations that I had. Well, after that, he asked me if I wanted to get together sometime. Since I had just gotten out of a relationship, I didnt really didnt want to give him my number or anything. So what does he do???? He leaves a keypad behind for the alarm and tries to leave. The other girl I was working with asks him if he needs it. He runs out the door and says, "nah, keep it, if I need it I'll come back later."
An hour later....
He shows back up at my job to pick up the keypad he "left behind". He hangs out with me and a few other people for a while. He asks me again to go out sometime "to catch up on what I've been doing since the Corps". I said no.... again. So what does he do??? He gets my phone number from my friend who thought he was cute and funny.
The next day....
The phone rings. "Hey remember me? I'm the ADT guy. I just wanted to say what's up and see if you wanted to go out with me and some friends." I asked how he got my number and he told me he had gotten it from my good for nothing rat fink friend. I finally agree (mostly because I realize that he is not going to go away anytime soon... )
We had a great time after all. .... and believe it or not, we've been married ever since. lol Apparently, the guy doesn't take no for an answer.

Is it okay to ask a girl to hang out if you know she has a boyfriend? Not like on a date, but just to get to know her better. I'm getting to like this girl, but supposedly she's taken, and her b/f goes to a different school 50-60 miles away. She's really friendly and we have a few things in common, so I don't know what to do. Any comments would be great.
