i didn't dyno yet as too much snow to get the car out on summer tires..

how much WHP should i be looking at approx. with my mods ?

-Custom msp SMIC
-injen CAI (short ram)
-SLS performance black powder coated hot pipe
-SU black powder coated cold pipe
-Boostsciences BPV
-SS AFC V2 - running the supermap
-ATP WGA @ 10 PSI (more like 9.5 - 10 )
-AEM UEGO wideband gauge
-"Kyoto friendly" 2.5" catless midpipe

Why does everyone worry about HP....DOes it run good...Does it feel quick...I meanspecualting about your WHP off of a list is like trying to explain what something sounds like to a deaf man.

Be happy with your ride and when you get the chance...Dyno that thang'!

^ thats true and I know about 4 different dynos that would tell you 4 different HP numbers on the same car. but if I would take a shot in the air I would guess 180 to 190

i never dynoed a car in my life...

i never installed a AFC in a car in my life..

so you can imagine.. this is a self learn thing...but i learn fast.

when i look back 1 year ago, i never thought i'd be doing this. :)

I'm gonna lowball and say 180whp.

When are you dynoing?
im gonna dyno by the end of april.. when the snow is all gone.. were at almost sea level.problem being theres tons of snow so i can,t make it on summer tires from here..

yesterday on an above freezing point temperature, i could spins the tires on wet tarmac in second just using the throttle.. the fugger is ferocious.. :\

second time out with the boost up to 10 and an afc out..

+1 to that, I blame the forum for this....(peep)

and i do too !! (uhm)

this forum cost me alot of dough!! LOL

Feels good though don't it...Gotta scratch that itch....I think im bleeding at this point(hand)

side note....why isn't there a sticky thread for times slips...would be cool to see what people are doing at the track with what mods and the HP they are putting down.

put the cold air extension back on the intake and you will be happy. sri is useless and just heat soaks your nice smic.

yeah that has been discussed alot.. some say it's cool and some say it's not.

we live in a colder climat so it's not like florida or texas.

+1 but it still gets way hot in the summer, I have the CAI as SRI right now but once the warm weather comes again the CAI comes back...

Some are wrong, some are right. Its fact that a CAI makes more power than a short-ram, even more-so on boosted vehicles.

i dynoed 182whp early this month with similar mods and less boost. i'd say you probably be around 190ish, maybe better

my mods:
injen cai
thunder manifold
turbohoses smic
afc v2(supermap)
mam catless midpipe
stock boost(6.5ish psi)
stock everything else(bpv, intercooler pipes, cat-back exhaust, etc.)
