How much did you pay for your Mazda2?

NE US, got a Sport MT for ~15,000 USD out the door (includes Tax, registration, plates, fees, interest, finance, etc...) but does not include my aggravation. Anyway, this month Mazda is offering 0% financing if you have the credit to support this, but that means probably about 2-400 bucks more than last months prices. Including the gas price hysteria which is gripping some in this nation, I would expect the prices to approach MSRP as the days are getting longer.

Just bought a Aqautic Blue Sport this morning. $15,148 out the door. Got the 0% APR for 60 months and put a down payment of $4,000. Payments are about $215 a month for 5 years. Nice little car for the price. Looks sharp going down the road.

I just purchased a 2011 Mazda3 Sport in Austin Texas for 12,495 w zero % interest, this included an owner loyalty bonus. Super happy with the car and the deal. I tinted the windows today and thinking about a pioneer Nav like the x920bt... I found a dash kit at Shokits.com that look a little nicer than the metra kits on ebay....

I got my Black AT Touring for $16,550 on March 17th. I paid cash because I didn't want a car payment. They gave me the Zoom Zoom plate. I just had my windows tinted today. I absolutely love my little Mazda 2!!!

I traded my 2009 Toyota Matrix S AWD, which had 58,700 miles showing on a 2011 Mazda2 Touring 5-Speed. After all the dealing, taxes, and fees we financed a total of $15800 at 0% for 60 months (US dollars) . We were also able to take advantage of the Mazda Owner Loyalty Bonus cash of $500 as we also own a 2006 Mazda5 Touring (which has been an excellent car). Only 104 miles on the odometer, but we love the 2!

I just picked up my little rocket on the weekend. Touring A/T in CWP for 16.650$... I'll get the windows tinted maybe next weekend and will post some pics soon...

i've seen your 2 around town, it's the only other aquatic blue i've seen.

got my blue 2 in October for 13,250.

never saw any other 2s until a few weeks ago, now i've seen one in every color but white. glad to see they're catching on.

I just bought a Mazda 2 a couple days ago. Got the Base Sport Model, Blue, Manual Trans, $13,500, no tax, because I live in Oregon.

I had an e-mail when I got home from another dealer said I could have a silver one for $13,000. That pissed me off a little, but I got a really good deal on my trade-in, so I think it all worked out about the same anyway.

How can the dealers sell these cars at these prices, unless they are receiving some sort of incentive from the factory?

I keep thinking that everyone's price is the price they're paying after a down payment and such. If this isn't the case, then I'm right there with you. The car itself, base model with a manual tranmission is $14,180.00 with a $795.00 destination charge on top of that. The car's invoice price is $13,996.00 so the dealers aren't really making any money at all on these cars. To be able to sell someone a car for $13,500.00, $496.00 below invoice and waive the destination charge is beyond giving a good deal, it's called a quick way for a Dealer to lose money. I know there's also a $500.00 bonus cash deal going on right now as well so maybe that's a factor but nevertheless, the Dealers aren't aren't making much at all on these cars, lol.

I don't get it either. The dealers are getting their money somehow, so Mazda must be doing something behind the scenes for them.

The $13,500 I paid was the total price & it was advertised on the internet. They had 2 in stock; the other one is still there for $13,799 now. So my contract was $13,500 for the car, $272 for license/registration, $100 Processing/Electronic Filing Fee. That's it. (this is all disregarding my trade-in & down payment)

I sent that offer to 3 or 4 other dealers. One said print off the internet page & they'd beat the price; the other said I could have a silver one for $13,000; the other one said they'd sell me one for $14,000 with 0%. I forgot to mention the $13,500 where I got mine does not include the 0% interest offer. So I have a 3 year loan at 2.99% which I'm going to pay off early anyway (like in 2 weeks), but if I didn't that would be about $600 in interest, so it's not as good of a bargain then.

But the other 2 dealers just said they'd beat the deal & never mentioned interest rates in their e-mails. I had already bought this car before I saw their offers, so I'll never know. I was happy with my trade-in, so it probably worked out just as good for me anyways.

Those figures are insane. I'm really wondering just how much it really costs Mazda to make the Mazda2's now. Selling vehicles that far below invoice which is already low to begin with is hard to understand but whatever, props to you for snagging an awesome deal :)

I paid 12,499 w the 0% or could have gotten 11,999 w/ 2.9% . I agree that there has to be factory money coming to the dealers.... pleased as punch to get one cheap!

I feel like I got robbed now. That's a heck of a deal. You could almost sell it for a profit I would think.
