This is getting out of hand!
I took my car to Mazda shop for about 8 times now. They cannot fix the problem that I am experiencing literally everyday.
I am 2nd owner of Mazda 3 2008 with about 10,000 mileages.
Right now, I am experiencing an rough IDLE at the red light or parking my car while the engine is running.
I explained the problem to my consultant/ advisor. He simply put my concerns on the service bulletin.
They always said that they fixed the problem or unable to duplicate my concerns.
It seems like rough IDLE is the wrong term or something for them to understand my concern.
When I stop the car and I can feel the strong vibrate on the wheel steer and sometime on the pedals. It looks like air compressing problem. It goes up and slam very quickly then it goes up and slam again. This problem is NOTICEABLE. However, those people who work at Mazda shop is trying to be too cheap and treating the problem like it doesn't exist.
I allowed one of their men to try my car and they said there is nothing wrong with my car. They are full of it! I am getting very impatient with them. I have sued Mazda and got small money. They refused to replace my car because they expected the problem will go away. But the problem is still exist after at least 5th visits.
What should I do now? Is there any way for me to find somebody to identify the TRUE problem that I am experiencing? I need someone to check my car WITHOUT heavily depending on Diagnostic Code Reader? I lost my faith in Mazda shop.
