This is getting out of hand!

I took my car to Mazda shop for about 8 times now. They cannot fix the problem that I am experiencing literally everyday.

I am 2nd owner of Mazda 3 2008 with about 10,000 mileages.

Right now, I am experiencing an rough IDLE at the red light or parking my car while the engine is running.

I explained the problem to my consultant/ advisor. He simply put my concerns on the service bulletin.

They always said that they fixed the problem or unable to duplicate my concerns.

It seems like rough IDLE is the wrong term or something for them to understand my concern.

When I stop the car and I can feel the strong vibrate on the wheel steer and sometime on the pedals. It looks like air compressing problem. It goes up and slam very quickly then it goes up and slam again. This problem is NOTICEABLE. However, those people who work at Mazda shop is trying to be too cheap and treating the problem like it doesn't exist.

I allowed one of their men to try my car and they said there is nothing wrong with my car. They are full of it! I am getting very impatient with them. I have sued Mazda and got small money. They refused to replace my car because they expected the problem will go away. But the problem is still exist after at least 5th visits.

What should I do now? Is there any way for me to find somebody to identify the TRUE problem that I am experiencing? I need someone to check my car WITHOUT heavily depending on Diagnostic Code Reader? I lost my faith in Mazda shop.

mazda dealers are hit and miss since there all privately owned. id be going to a different mazda dealership myself. hell, i would have after the 1st visit, and they couldnt figure it out.

iam sure it is a motor mount is leaking. Check it out. i had the same issue, it was rough at idle. one time it was just broken. The other time they told me it is leaking. I had to replace the motor mount twice on my car, thank god for warranty. The motor mounts on the 3 are very fragile.
I hope this helped. Let me know what happens

if the owner before you put after market motor mounts on it would cause this... another thing i can think of is if you remove the air intake and looking into the throttle body behind the flap valve you might have oil build up... i have been told the oil build up could be bad pcv valve but dont quote me... i had this problem and i just take the tb off and clean it then put it back on lol and generally clears up for me for the next 10000 miles or so

I think i have a broken motor mount too, but a motor mount wouldnt affect the idle. Did you ever figure out if it was the motor mount?

my motor mount makes alot of noise at low rpm in 4th and 5th. all u hear is loud knocking that resembles a valve problem...stock motor mounts on the 3 are junk and it's not a bad idea to just get heavy duty mounts off amazon.com for about 200 bucks for all three. a rough idle is usually to do with a vacume leak, or your intake may have a leak in it somewere. check to see if your air intake system is sealed, and maybe hook up to a vacume pressure guage and see how your vacume is doing. if there is a leak.... there is your rough idle problem. and what is this about a leaking motor mount??? there is nothing in a motor mount to... leak....
