Come on now guys. Rice isn't just for imports now. Back when I had my civic (yes I had one, 2k Si) I raced the most ricey camero ever. It had a aluminium wing mounted on the factory one. Decals for companys that didn't even make stuff for that car and custom dual twin exhaust. (4 total mufflers). Oh yeah and some huge polished rims (the ones that look almost like chrome). It was also a V-6.... I didn't really want to race it but I just had to get away from it was giving me a headache from looking at it plus it was loud as hell

I hate any driver who thinks his/her car is better just because of the name. You should see the s*** on the Neon pages and Even between the Honda guys themselves. None of that s*** seem to happen much on the Mazda pages...WTF. Perhaps there is something wrong with the other drivers...

if you want to follow a trend that is mainly followed by 16yr old kids that have their daddy and mommy pay for their car, then go get a civic. They are played out.

My friend has the phatest civic that I've seen anywhere. Engine swap, turbo, airbag suspension etc. (BUT NO STICKERS).
He's 25 and is truly a car lover, not some kid that wants to be cool.

i love civic hatch backs97 + and the SI 99-00 i have a friend that has one painted gsr blue with a fully built b16 and its a bad car ont rice at all maybe ill post a pic... crap it wont work... ne way i just dont like the punks driving them. i want a msp so bad so i can eat all the rice...

I had a turbo civic and now I currently have del slow.. *ahem* i mean del sol si. They are reliable stock but thats kind of about it. Maybe im just too used to the msp.

hatchback is my favorite style

civic are all save on gas and fun to drive.

the problem are the idiots that are behind the wheel, but its not just limited to hondas. idiots drive all types of cars, not just honda civics.

I think the problem is that as car guys most of the Honda guys we meet are young, cocky and don't know s***.

At one car meet I had this Honda kid tell me his VTEC adds 50 horse power to his engine and that it; "is like a turbo yo".

Anothe night this Honda kid told me he had a turbo and when he showed it to me it turned out to be an SRI.

YES the Honda is a great, reliable car that gets great gas milage. BUT the kids who "mod" them for the most part, don't know s***.

Ha ha ha..There was a show on speed channel..and some fat guy was doin reviews on a honda 2000 w/ headers exhuast and intake..and he was like..the v-tec..makes the car feels like it has a turbo..i couldn't stop laughin..

The civics are pretty good cars. I was thinking of getting one but I realized that there were wayyy to many of them out there.
With a Protege5, it is a lot more unique, not to mention a better looking car.
The drivers of the civics though, some of them are just dumb. Thats why theres all the honda hate.

A friends shop car is 92 hatch with h22 t3/t4 (drag kit) plus 25 shot direct port NOS. (Hasn't used nos yet not tuned) It was putting 219 to the wheels at 7 lbs boost...

I know this guy who use to have an MSP that is an idiot, he use to trash talk Mazda until the dealer sold him on one, then when he got his MSP, he tried to tell me all about it like I didnt ******* know already. Two weeks later he thought he was the s*** with his new car and completly totaled it to s***. Now thats an idiot
