I have a highly technical problem. When I check for continuity across the body and the engine with the key in the off position I have good continuity, @ .2 or .3 OHM. when I turn the key to the start position or the car is running I have very high resistance from the negitive battery post and the engine ground and body ground, @15-32 OHM. From any ground to ground, (body to eng.) the resistance is low. Only from the post and attaching bolt on the fender ground attach fitting is the resistance high. I did check for voltage at the ground points to check for a dead short and found none. I replaced the starter recently and the intake. I also put new ground wires on and replaced the battery. Charging voltage is also good, but was high prior to replacing the ground wires. I just need to know if this is normal or should I be looking somewhere else. Thanks
