What part of Mississippi are you from? I am from Iuka. If you've never heard of it, it's pronounced eye-YOU-kuh... Most people not familiar with it say eye-OOH-kuh... really gets under my skin!

I am currently not a P5 owner, but my business is taking off, so I'm interested in a dark blue 5spd, floormats, sunroof, ABS, side airbags, CD-6. I'm not sure about getting leather... I have a car with white leather, and it seems to be the only color I like, as far as getting in my car and burning off my rear-end...it just doesn't happen with white leather...black on the other hand...

Tell me about your MP3... Do those have 4 lug wheels or 5 lug?

I figured I'd throw my info. out for the hell of it.
I am from Byram just outside of Jackson... and Drop if you are interested in getting a P5 you ought to check at Gray Daniels mazda in Jackson. They have about 25 of them now, and you shoud be able to negotiate pretty well. I bought the first P5 from their dealership so I wasn't as lucky...

There is a yellow MP3 I've seen around Brandon, MS a few times... I need to get them to post here too.

i live in Ridgeland. The MP3 has 5 lugs.
Im trading my MP3 in for the Mazdaspeed. If you wait you can get it. Its blue.

I'm new to this forum...I'm up in Grenada. I don't have an MP3, or even a Protege. I've got a 95 MX-6 LS.

I'm planning to get rid of the 6 in a few months...got my eyes on a Protege ES. From Mazda's website, sounds like the ES 5 speed is pretty rare in MS in dealer inventory. Hopefully I can test drive one in a month or two.

I bought my yellow MP3 in Dallas, TX, but now live in Oxford, MS.

I'm originally from Byram, MS and I've seen another yellow MP3 in Byram when I was visiting (believe me I was shocked) and a blue one here in Oxford.

I too live in Oxford and attend Ole Miss. Imagine the coincidence. I have a 03 Black Mica MazdaSPEED and I LOVE IT!!! I have seen the yellow MP3 on campus a few times and the blue MP3 is no longer in town. I know the girl that owned it and she is finishing school at University Medical Center. So as far as I know there is only a yellow MP3 and my black MSP here in Oxford. My screen name on AIM is overstreet31 so if anyone from MS would like to chat about the car hit me up.

I saw a MSP last year, and I think a little pee came out. How's it treating you? I should have waited for three months longer before I bought my car. I am kicking myself right now for not doing so. I love the car. It is a blast to drive and it's nice not having the run of the mill BMW or Mercedes here on campus. I haven't really ran it too much yet. I really would like to though. I haven't had any major problems with it yet. I had to get the sub and amp replaced but nothing major. What color is your P5? I haven't seen too many of them here either. If people only new what they were missing. C-ya around
