i cant wait for this week to end because its the end of the semester and i can start checking in more often. ive been out of the loop for a while here, i used to chat with some of you guys once in a while but i hardly get a chance to go online anymore. but, with my class ending on thursday i will be able to be an active lake county member once again!

not that im jumping ship, i just dont like it here that much. the only reason i moved here is so that i could live between my job and school. my family, friends, everything ive ever known is in illinois. it so sad that i still go to stores in the gurnee area even though i have the same stores closer to me up here.......................

as for the nicknames, a while back we started seeing HUGE ASS BOLD FACE MUTLI COLOR titles in certain people's sigs - everyone was touting to be a VP or division leader of ProUberMazdaSuperExclusiveJoinorBeMocked car club. And then when you started to get people who were ragin about "club rivalry" or "why do you let people that dont own a mazda even come to your events?" "this meet is MANDATORY" and the general, my club makes me a better enthusisast attitude.

basically, a while back, chitownballer (aka Emad) posted a thread about all of us Chicagoans putting together some kind of mazda team. But alas we had no name. I think on page 25 or 30 I said we should just call it "mazda team", and then we basically derived some phony titles and talents to mock poke fun at the elitist ***** who stick thier noses up and make such a PMS BIG DEAL out of things.

we as "mazda team" are just bunch of guys that get together down here and know to have a laidback good time over a dinner a denny's. surf the IL thread and you'll see how nutty we are.

you'll see the really hard core, super structured car clubs like which take things over the top serious, and then you have the laidback misfits known as Mazda Team
