Ever been to a scrapyard? Curious what the payout would be for the old rotors. If you’ve never been it’s kind of a hilarious experience. I got about $20 if I remember right scrapping my old shocks and struts. Weighed my car going in and out to determine how much scrap I dropped off, drove around piles of torn metal to get where they wanted me to dump them.

It was such a hellscape that a worker there said man, congrats on the new ride! I was driving my detailed ‘13 in the year 2021, and in contrast to the surroundings my 1st gen really did look like a new vehicle

That's an interesting suggestion. I tend to let my old rotors pile up and them bring them to the city's recycle center. I may have to rethink that and head to the scrap yard instead. Those things have some pretty good weight when they pile up.
