I don't follow how this works. I see a inlet and outlet for the co2/Nitrous. How would it be doing any cooling ?

The CO2 or Nitrous Oxide runs through the coil, which gives great surface area and creates a freezing chamber with no dissipation of the cooling agents

Ooh. I was under the impression that these agents only get freezing cold when they are released from there high pressure inside a bottle to atmospheric pressure. I must have thought wrong though

I don't think anyone here has that item so your best bet would be to ask the company if you want a scientific explanation. They were the ones that built it so they can probably steer you in the right direction on how it works. I just copied and pasted from the website.
