about right for the pressures, it's the procedures i wasn't aware of. you see, you just can't do that on a ship.... besides there is a known incident where a junior engineer tried pumping a drum dry by plugging it to the ship's service air. He forgot to hook a pressure regulator to bring the pressure to ten pounds and instead plugged 95...i'll let you guess the rest........
im no engineer nor do i know anything about that ... but "BOOM!!!" is my guess ... ?

wow, yea thats one of those things were you just can't cut corners and still be safe.

Protosport, Circuit sports, Tripoint, JSpec. Same one. Same with the braces. They are all by the same manufacturer.

Edit: Jspec sells the circuit sport i/c for 630+shipping. Thats ridiculous. Hell i can get an FMIC core.. a perfect spearco, for like 400 bucks....

1. SMIC IS ONLY USEFUL IF YOU CAN GET AIR TO IT? CUTTING THE BODY? WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT FIRST OF ALL. IT SITS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR! HOW MUCH MORE AIR CAN YOU GET DIRECTLY IN FRONT WHERE ALL THE AIR IS COMING FROM! CUTTING THE BODY?? (screwy) DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT??? WHO SAID ANYTHING ABOUT CUTTING THE BODY??? LOL (dunno) Okay Junk yard fmic. good one... (braindead

(canada) (notcool)

OK smart guy (screwy) since you have all the answers, except the ones that matter, like price, ducting, mounting answer this.

If a Front Mount InterCooler (FMIC) is mounted in the front of the car and an SMIC (Side Mount InterCooler) is also mounted in the front, when does an FMIC become an SMIC????

Do you even own a MSP? (chair)and do you know where our SMIC is located stock first of all??

It mounts in the same location. So air slow is still the same. Dude its located right next radiator! At the FRONT OF THE CAR SO AIR DOES GO THROUGH. IF YOU REALLY HAD A MSP YOU WOULDN't BE ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SMIC. (headshake

Okay just a thought? The downpipe is 2.25 if I remember correctly, it was kind of hard to tell with everyone talking about something different! Personally if that is the case and the downpipe is that size and if this side mount goes through all I can say is good luck and I might buy something at your going out of business sale! Sorry hate to be a cock but, there are two things you have to think about are who wants a side mount when you can get a fmic and who wants 2.25 piping.

somebody productive make and s pipe, besides corksport whoes is in the works for the last year

(wedge)

It's not what based on what I say and I don't know where you would get that but ill just blow it off my left shoulder!! I am just speaking for people who probably wouldn't say it. That is just my personal opinion is that 2.25 piping is not worth spending 150.00-300.00 for a downpipe. Sorry!

Sincerely,
My opinion

LOL (attn) Now. Losing you as a customer? Oh wait you weren't even here to say anything productive. Once again (nobody)(sleep)

I am not saying your losing me as a customer, sorry if it was misworded. I am talking about other people as consumers. By produceing something like a turbo manifold, an ecu program, hardpipes, 3in s-pipe and down pipe you will gain customers. Now I think ive been enough of an asshole for today so I will just let the point be and talk about something else. Im sure you have a good company and sell a lot of product, yeah for you. It was just my opinion and thought maybe someone from the company would want a consumers opinion.

I think a SMIC is an awsome idea. Everyone spending the big cash for hardpipes and a front mount is crazy. Unless you are pushing the boost way up it just doesn't seem worth it. My wifes VW 1.8t has like rubber hose that you can completly collapse down with your hand. People push this to 19 PSI of boost without replacing them. Personally I think our hard plastic pipes with 10 PSI should be fine.

Well these parts are being offer from Mazdaspeed and we will be selling these parts through them. We have nothing to do with these parts but the testing and evaluating of the product. Also of course marketing it.

vw's also have computer controlled wastegates, if you start to lose boost by expansion the wastegate adjusts. It's not really that the pipes are that terrible, the seals just really suck. Plus metal flows a little bit better =)
