terbow said:how slow does it build full boost?
check the wastegate, since it has to be modded theres a chance the wg flap isnt seated closed when the cars off so its leaking boost.
terbow said:ur not suppsoed to fully remove any of the backing plate nuts, just loosen them. ur turbo should have came with a little paper with instructions.
terbow said:yea alls the lil bolts do is hold those plates on to apply presure. so u ust need to loosen them. technically u shouldnt need locktite at the moment but make sure its all the way on too, it might be crooked and its leaking? or u have a leak elsewher cause if the turbo is building boost really fast then the turbo and wg prolly isnt leaking. unless its not holding boost.

That is definately a problem..
terbow said:if ur rolling youd have to have enough tq to break it loose and at 10 psi i dont see that happening unless u had bad tires. id assume its whenu launch it drag racing (like popping the clutch)
Second gear with good tires at 3050 RPM rolling constant speed...mdl247 said:just to make sure we are on the same page. excessive wheel spin when i pop the clutch or just in first gear rolling floor it and then excessive spin?

Mash the gas and within 0.25 seconds, you should have no traction/wheel spin..
