I do now, but when I first put the 28RS in there I was running iON FMIC and stock fans. On a side note, I didn't have to modify or beat up my lines at all like you guys were saying... they are all in the same shape and orientation that they were in stock. It's all in the clocking of the center section.

it didn't have to do with clocking for me,the lines were to tight to the turbo comp housing,I had to massage them away from the turbo so they could fit around.

they were also to log,I had to trim them down about 2 inches to they will fit.

it sounds like my comp housing is bigger then yours.

One of the coolant lines was real tight around the compressor housing, but it didn't require any real bending at all. Didn't need to cut the line either. (dunno)

odd though,can I get a pic of you coolant lines,mainly the one that was a hella tight fit around the housing?

Yea, I'll take a few shots for you tomorrow when it is light out.
 
ok i just finished installing mine now and man it was a pain in the ass slight bending for one coolant line and then the oil return s*** that was a pain in the ass to get in im not surprised if it decides to leak sometime cuz i ended up having to pull the fitting out of the stock tubing a bit say about a good inch.
 
okay new problem now everytime i punch it i literally watch my water temp ****** sky rocket and everytime i turn off the car turbo timer is set to 2min and 30secs as soon as my car shuts off it over flows the water resevoir and if i turn the car to acc it shows my car 3/4 to the top on the water temp. someone help me plz. oh yea had probs putting the radiator fan so left it off could it make that big of a diff?

im gonna try that next i took out the thermostat and car runs normal on full load regular load what not but as soon as the tt shuts the car off instant boiling and my resevoir shoots out all the coolant. so i know that the thermostat was probably only partially opening
 
My car has no thermostat and I have one fan that runs all the time, a second on the stock temp sensor..

yea it will actually because i changed my radiator thermostat and bottom hose that goes to the thermostat and put in the radiator fan and left the ac fan out cuz my ac line leaked all of the freon out. but my radiator fan still goes on.

my new question is that im running 10 psi on my new disco potato and for some odd reason i don't feel the power i had out of my stock turbo. why the hell is that? i am like super fricken fustrated cuz i had a s*** load of shaft play on my stocker and it pulled like 2 times harder than my new turbo the gt28rs.
