I believe it was CY Mill Park. Whoever it was lived right by the builder trailer in the neighborhood. I was there today to fix the wireless connection and spotted this car on the way out. I sat in the culdesac because I was on the phone with someone and kept contemplating going up to the door to talk to the person. Then I realized, ok, their gonna think im a freak, plus I wasnt even in the speed I was driving the 40mpg civic. Ah, gotta love gas mileage!
