GP Light Weight Protege pulleys

went to the dyno and i was disappointed, i forgot that the last time (baseline) i had the stock 16" wheels on it, and when i dynoed this time i have the 18" rx8 rims on my car, making the hp go down and not giving me a readout that i could see what the pulleys did, if anything.

Did you compare the graphs at peak hp or for the power in the low-mid range? the low-mid is where you should see a difference, not in your peak hp.

Pretty good but for some reason still leaves me with a void. I guess it pretty much comes down to literally everything, because everything affects a dyno, but most of all brand.
Basically. The only way to truely know how a part effects your power is to strap your car to the dyno, make your baseline pulls and then leave the car strapped to the dyno and instantaneously swap the parts out and make the new dyno pulls.
Going back to the same dyno shop is considered the norm. Using the same brand of dyno is the next best. And using a totally different brand of dyno each time isn't nearly as good.

I was thinking the same about doing the bolts on right on the dyno. Damnit that sucks.....

i went back to the same dyno as i did my baseline and was pissed off when the numbers came out lower than last time, and everyone said it was the wheels.
side note: i know the lightweight alt pulley is working because when i had the stock one on there the volt meter i had on my cap read about 13.5 volts all the time at idle, with the light weight one it reads 14.3/14.4 all the time now.

My voltmeter started reading 14.4V once I put my smaller winter wheels/tires on. I can't really explain that. With the lightweight pulley and my larger summer wheels/tires, it still read mid/high 13V. And I have an underdrive crank pulley, as I'm sure Mickey does as well.
