Also, just curious... You noticed anything different? I raced my buddy from a light AGAIN, and before without the intake I would have him by about 2 car lengths or so... Today i left him by about 4. It seems to spool WAY faster...

this is the ebay guy i got it from. He is in arizona i believe. I got it from there to south carolina in 6 days... I was happy!!
Well, a lot of people on here swear by CP-E because they like the service and the believe they have a good product. But im not sure but i think that the mazdaspeed CAI is AEM... Or based off of it somehow, someone correct me if i am wrong. But i went with the fujita cause i know a few people that have used it and I noticed a few people on line used them so i tried it. I wanted the speed because of the warranty issues but I saved $68 plus tax on the fujita. Plus i believe they have to install it for the warranty.Koenig said:

and you are correct, from what I'm aware the Mazdaspeed is pretty much exactly like the AEM, just has the mazdaspeed badging.

How hard is the install on a 1-10?
The two things that were holding me back from the install was:
The warranty issue....I am bringing my car in to get the clutch replaced on Monday
And two was the tuning issue. See with my Subaru CAI was very bad without a tune. It screwed up the MAF and ran rich. So I am feeling at what others are saying about the CAI. So far it sounds good.

On a 1-10 id say its probably in comparison to changing 1 set of brakes... Maybe a 4... It was easy! Just took a little time to take out the resinator box. I didnt take the tire off.. so dont do that unless u want to. The picture in the directions says u need to.. No need. But my car runs great. It spools way faster and from a stop it seems to GO faster.. Im online if u have a question i can answer..
