I am currently paying for a par gearset. 1-4. straight cut.

i was thinking the same thing. the problem is that the sti is a wider car by just a few inches. so it sat higher. on our car it sits further down close to the door.

i dont wanna fully install it and not know, because it requires drilling into the c pillar..

no chance you chould shorten it a couple inches to bump it out?

might be a lil dicey, but you could put it on with a buttload of 3M body mounting adhesive. the stuff is wicked strong if you get the surface properly prepped.

maybe. but it's cf. so i'd have to cut the cf which is... ehhh to me.. i could cut it on one end of the spoiler, then drill 2 holes into it after i cut it to reattach..then fill the holes with body filler and paint it..

thats a thought i didn't even think of that. so maybe! thanks!

i picked the spoiler itself up for only 100.00 but the cf is in GREAT shape, its brand new. so putting it on w/ just 3m tape does scare me a bit.

its been down for god knows how long. hahaha.

but it wouldnt have a test w/ the forces of wind.. which, would bother me. i dont mind drilling into the c pillar, i just wanna make sure it's sitting right.so, i'm gonnna go with your suggestion and cut it apart!!! RAHAHAHAA...still scared.lol

began cutting the roof spoiler.. more work tomorrow on it, and maybe pics!

then i'll be working on zachs car more to hopefully get that mother ****** running.
