Hi fellows, I was so surprise yesterday when I try to spray off the pollen on my car with a garden hose. The windshield just crack from the center bottom, up 6" and then to the passenger side for another 6". I mean I understand it's physic that hot glass see a sudden temperature drop is prone to crack. But really it was not even a typical hot day in NY. This is my first time crack a windshield like this... I own another car for the last 10 years, had millions rock chips / dings and never had an issue. I checked and couldn't find anything alone the crack. Is it just me got some bad luck or it's just the quality of glass on Mazdas? I read some windshield issue on the CX-5 but nth on the our 5's. I just brought it to the dealer but you know how they usually act like. They try to find the dent and chips as hard as they could and told me they have to take pictures and get approval. Have anyone have some similar experience can share? Thanks a lot.
