thought id post this to help people out as recently wev had quite a few people having problems with bios
all the beep codes are different depending of who makes the bios , but here are some of the more common ones
What is a BIOS Beep Code?
When you power on a computer the BIOS immediately takes control of the computer and performs the P.O.S.T (Power On Self Test). At the end of the POST the computer will play an audible 'BEEP' through either the PC's internal speaker of through speakers attached to the sound card (if you have a built-in sound chip). If the POST completed successfully without detecting any problems with then system will play a single short beep to let you know the test is complete and the computer will continue to startup and load the operating system.
If during the POST the BIOS detects a problem it will normally display a visual error message on the monitor explaining what the problem is. However, if a problem is detected before the BIOS initializes the video card, or a video card is not present or not detected then the BIOS will play several 'BEEPS' through the speaker to let you know there is a problem. Depending on the type of the BIOS you have the BIOS may play beeps in a specific pattern to indicate what the problem is, or play the same beep a number of times indicating the problem. It is very important that you pay close attention to the number and/or pattern of the beeps your computer plays on startup.

Depending on the type of the BIOS you have the BIOS may play beeps in a specific pattern to indicate what the problem is, or play the same beep a number of times indicating the problem. It is very important that you pay close attention to the number and/or pattern of the beeps your computer plays on startup.

AMI (American Megatrends International) BIOS Beep Codes.
AMI BIOS uses beeps of the same length and pitch. The error is displayed as a number of beeps. For example, 4 beeps indicated a timer failure.

What is a BIOS Beep Code?
When you power on a computer the BIOS immediately takes control of the computer and performs the P.O.S.T (Power On Self Test). At the end of the POST the computer will play an audible 'BEEP' through either the PC's internal speaker of through speakers attached to the sound card (if you have a built-in sound chip). If the POST completed successfully without detecting any problems with then system will play a single short beep to let you know the test is complete and the computer will continue to startup and load the operating system.
If during the POST the BIOS detects a problem it will normally display a visual error message on the monitor explaining what the problem is. However, if a problem is detected before the BIOS initializes the video card, or a video card is not present or not detected then the BIOS will play several 'BEEPS' through the speaker to let you know there is a problem. it is not the issue of HOW TO do it is it having the right tools to do it makes a world of difference!! If you don't all the instructions in the world will not make the job any simpler.

ok well first this is what i would do:
First make sure the car is HOT.
Take off all the heat shields as fast as you can because you want the DP to be hot or as warm as you can with taking that 02 sensor out. Then take the o2 sensor off. If you manage to get that off without stripping it then you take take out off the DP bolts. There are 5 bolts i think 17mm. Once you have that then go under the car and take the Dp apart as it comes in 2 sections. (that info if moreso for the speed6 guys) I think you can take the whole DP from the bottom on the speed3. I might just be easy to just take it apart though. Then disconnect from the catback. There is also a bracket that holds the DP to the motor. It should be 3 bolts i think 14 or 17mm. you will not need this bracket again.
One point is when you re-install the new DP DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE BOLTS to the turbo untill all the nuts have been snugged to the bottom of the stud that it reside on. the reason why this is because for ex... if you tighten the bolt in the rear near the fire wall and then you go to put a socket on the one closest to the motor the socket may not fit on the nut due to the DP shifting because the bolt holes are a little larger than the studs and also the design of the DP can prevent you from getting a socket on there. Then you have to loosen all the nuts up and try it again.
This is a ROUGH set of directions and my thing is if you are slightly mechanically incline this will not be for you.

An 02 sensor socket. It looks like a spark plug socket just with a hole cut in the side for the wires to come out so that they don't get bound up.
The Corksport instructions I have and I needed some help from a brother in how to. i think it is on the disc happy to send it if you need. There are some tricks that might help. One is to spray the o2s or use the natural engine temp to open the thread up. And having swivels and extensions for ratchets. You're going to get pissed. I hope you have a helper. If only to hand you the tools you forget when into it. Well worth the work though!
I did what probeturbo mentions, I took everything off the top of the engine right when I got home from work while everything was still hot. My top 02 sensor came right out. Then I sprayed the turbo bolts with PB blaster right before dark, then again after I ate, then again right before I went to bed. Then when I woke up I went out put a socket on them and they came off with little trouble. Once I removed those bolts I got under the car and removed everything else.
This install requires various types of tools and creativity to get to some of the bolts. It's a pain, but well worth it.

turbo bolts are 14 mm shallow and deepwell diffrent thickness help. 22 mm i belive is what the 02 sensor is its a generic size. pic is from autozone website. antisieze bolts before you out all back togeather that way you can remove later if you need/want to. make sure engine and exhaust is warm when removing
