coolant temp below thermostat regulating temp

hello everyone im looking for any advise you can provide me with this cel code than came up when i ran a test today:coolant temp below thermostat regulating temp. Ive got a 02 prtoege and it will sometimes emit a sequelling sound when i use the ac/heat. once again any help is very much appreciated.

forgot to mention i fairly recently replaced the thermostat and the problem existed before hand.

I would check the coolant temperature sensor

The squealing sound is heard when, ac on and/or heat on? Is the sound coming from engine compartment? Might be a loose belt.

it will begin to squeel once the heat/ac is on for about ten seconds usually, ive tried replacing and later tightening both belts since the noise originated.
