how many of you guys have tried ordering anything form them. i bought the bodykit for the mp3 from them two weeks ago they told me it would ship the next day and that it was in stock. i called yesterday and they told me that today they would give me a tracking number. i call back today and they said that it will ship out in the morning(boom01) so i tell them if i dont get a tracking number by the end of today that i was going to cancel my order. the guy swore up and down that it would ship today. just called and they are closed, and i still have no tracking number. this is bulls*** i had a spot at the body shop this week and i lost it because i cant get the body kit in time( they are really busy). they guy gave some excuse about he cant control his workers and when they get s*** done.
any way just wanted to warn people who might buy one to be ready to waite a long time and dont make plans until you get it. i figured customer service would have been better but i was wrong

yea the guys at buddyclub 2 are morons. i emailed, faxed, and called about the sponsorship for the 99-00 proteges to get the kit made ... i have never heard from them and have never even been able to talk to someone who could give info ... its been over a month so i gave up

Yeah they are really dragging their feet on the 99/00 kit work. All they really need to do is make the front bumper, the rest is the same. I just wish they would get off their asses and accept someones offer. I know of a few guys who have contacted them.

you would think that they would want to have good customer relations but the guy i talked to did not seem to care. if they think i am going to pay a 25% restocking fee for something that has not even left their shop i am going to drive down there and **** them all up

You can't rush perfection.. they can only make 1 or 2 kits per day.. weather permitting. I waited 3 months for my kit.

well when i ordered mine.. they said they would send it out in 10 days.. that was on january 2nd.. i got it march 5th i think

i dont think the argument is that it takes long... they should just not tell you when if they dont know... brings back memories of the msp wait :*-(

Well yea I agree with that. Every time I called (like 5 times.. once a week) they said "It's gonna be shipped out Friday".. every single week said the same thing.

I has similar problems I ordered the bumper from the protege5 kit. They forgot to give me and tracking number, I called on wednesday, and found out it had already bin shipped and just waiting to clear customs, which took 3 days. So hopefully it should be here on Monday.

Aside from poor communication, from the time I order to almost at my front door was 3 weeks, from FLA to ONT, Canada

ive been considering getting the buddyclub kit too. but they havent made one for the 99/00. sucks ASS!:(

well i think i better order mines now, especially becuz i live in Hawaii it might take longer. just waiting for my damn fed tax return!

For Canadian Buyers

I recommend finding a Customs Broker, before you place your order. Otherwise it'll spend more time in customs than in travel.

Buddy Club2 uses Old Dominion Freight, to Ontario anyway(not sure about rest of Canada), they'll need the broker info to release it, or you can release it your self depending on location(still need to clear customs).

well i finally got my kit but it has small cracks all over it that need to be fixed, pain in the ass. but it is getting installed in the morning. i will show pics when it is all done

one more thing the kit i got in needs lots of body work to get it done. all the edges are really rough from the mold, its not pre drilled. oem my ass. so when you people get this kit be prepared to spend more money just to make it look nice and the labor to get it to fit right it does not just bolt right on.

sorry but not many kits do come ready to paint. most will have imperfections.
