boost problems/rough idle

bought a MSP for real cheap with decent miles on it - previous owner said he thought fuel injector o-rings needed to be replaced.

last night i replaced all 4 o-rings with universal ones from autozone, the car is still bogging down and not delivering any power once it starts getting any kind of boost or in the 3000-3500rpm range. can anyone tell me the order of the cylinders (where #4 is, etc)

mechanic across the street switched the 2 injectors on the passenger side and it started throwing a P0302 code after that, cylinder 2 misfire. quit for the night.

this morning i start the car, while its warming up i notice a bit of bluish, white smoke coming otu of exhaust and a strong odor (cant tell if fuel or oil) i revved it a little and a somewhat significant puff of smoke came out. i turned the car off - then started it again about an hour later and there was less smoke and no puffs coming out after a little rev - took it to autozone to scan the code and back home.

can anyone give their insight into this?

Do a compression test immediately and cylinder 4 is on the driver side. Mine did the same thing and cylinder 4 lost compression. Now I have to rebuild the motor.

I'm uploading a video I just made of mine, its doing a similar thing, 2500/3000 rpms it drops dead on it face, the bov lets go of all pressure and it just blahhh

Could be oil getting into the exhaust. Which would mean turbo seals are gone. But do a compression test just to be safe

Its at the shop. Could the universAl o rings possibly screw something up and cause a misfire? Or continued driving with the bog/hesitation issues?

the smoking issue I would check compression and seals in turbo for sure....on the problem of misfire and bog, is this an issue just when you start to hit boost? does it boost? I had a similer issue and it was a combination of vacuum leak at vacuum manifold, spark plug gap way out (should be between .028-.032) and a MAF sensor wire pulled out

The smoking issue I would check compression first then work your way down the engine to find out where the oil is coming from....The other problem, does it act like this when you hit boost? I had a very similer problem but it would act up only when entering boost and would not pull boost....it was a combination of massive vacuum leak at vacuum manifold, a wire pulled out of MAF connector, spark plug gap was way off (should be between .028-.032) I gapped mine at .030 and fixed the other two problems and now I have no problems before, during and after boost...I do still have a idle problem after warm up but I belive it is my clutch switch....I will be working on that this weekend though....I hope this helps
