On my air and fuel ratio guage, i've been seening numbers in like the 16-17 at idle sometimes...and it used to be around 14.9-15...(but it doesnt just stay 16-17 but at times it will go to 16)...anyways, my car is running fine, it still goes around 10-12, when under boost..so i dont know if the gauge is going wacko, or if there is something wrong with my car...i did lower the boost a little..anyways..thanks in advanced. oh, and it is wideband

either you need to calibrate your gauge, or you need to get a tune, cause your car is running really lean. even where it used to be.
Is it a wideband O2?
what brand?

all i know is that its a AEM wideband.. i bought this car with it already on it...how do i calibrate it?

heh, i dunno, buy a new one???
or go in with a tuning program and set the parameters and what not. But that will cost a lot of money to get done.
that may be normal readings for this car though, i really dont know. i just know that in general on a street performance turbo car you want anywhere from 10.5-12.5:1 under load and at idle no more than 14.64:1

ya, well it loads in the 10-12 area............and idles 14-15.2......but like tonight, it didnt hit 16 at all

Wait a minute .. It goes to 10-12 when you're at WOT? Really? Do you have an EMS?

Cause I have the AEM UEGO, and mine goes off the chart at WOT -- which is typical for an untuned MSP, seeing as we run grossly rich with the stock map.

when im boosting, it hits 10-12....i dont have an ems...but i dont know if it has ever been tuned...i have a greddy boost controler, so i dont know by lowering my psi, i need to calibrate my A/F guage...but i donk think i need too..
