Definitly, by all means if I get my refund, I won't hold anything against them, Terry has always helped me and took care of issues with my turbo kit. I just want to know the truth, I don't like it when people beat around the bush and make up excuses. Just let me know what the heck is going on.
 
Damn this sucks. Where am I going to find a Stage 1 turbo for $2500 now!? It was affordable, and his most reliable :(.

I agree, I wouldn't hold anything against Terry since he's done good stuff for this site.

I would appreciate that people who do business (e.g. sell stuff) to keep the customer informed of any updates to their product.

It's not too difficult to inform/update someone who has paid you two grand that the stuff is not ready, delayed, not available or that your grandfather died and you will not be able to have it ready for shipping for the next three months.

We all can associate with emergencies and sudden changes, but let's not forget that customers work hard for their money so they can BUY the stuff that people want to sell and make a profit from. Sellers/dealers/vendors can't just think it is no big deal to delay a customer their purchase just because their shop/store/personal issue is much more important, therefore, no need to make the customer aware of what's going on.

I noticed there has been one too many complaints against vendors lately.... who's going to feel comfortable purchasing ANYTHING on this site if every other vendor who pops up on this site doesn't provide satisfactory service?
 
I need you Terry! WE all need you! I have 1/3 of the money needed for a FMIC kit! I'll gladly donate a small fund if its a financial matter! All protege owners need Spool! I'm going put up a "for sale" sign if this is true.

someone call the spool phone number and see if they recognize that as Terry's voice. Maybe he was in a bad accident or something?
 
Update!! This is what I know as of today at 4:50pm. Spool has been bought out. Terry is no longer the owner of the company.

All of the items that were sold will go out ASAP! Just give him a buzz and leave him a message, so he can give you a timeframe.

Im sorry if i caused a comotion, but the news needed to be said.

This wasnt a rumor, it was a fact. Terry either was going to sell or close out. Im glad he sold. This way the company can continue to function.
 
Sorry, I meant my comment about Microsoft buying Spool out was a joke...hence a rumor. Now that we know...I'm happy that spool is still going on.

I talked to Terry today around 2:00pm. I had ordered a CAI from him a couple of weeks ago and he told me that it would be sent out today.

He said that Spool has been bought out but didnt go into any details. Kind of sad though.....cause when I asked him if they were going to continue the Mazda parts he said "no"......

Looks like we lost another aftermarket support..... :(
 
If people here dont see what they do when they post negativity about a vendor, and the power these forum have. You WILL see more vendors go. I have said this before.
 
Yes, he avoids me because he owes me money, $2300 worth, I guess I'll never freakin see it!!
