ya, i guess. i'm trying to be hopeful that he really didn't shut down operations! he had some great products coming out for us, it's just hard to believe!

WOW, Maybe there are more pressing matters, that require Terrys time, then operating the company. Dunno, I hope everything is ok, and Spool Turbo continues to serve our, and many other communites on the net, and all car enthusiasts. 
Guys, the reason I deleted the post on here was for the following reasons:
1.There have been a number of people pming me trying to get help with their purchases, and to get info on Terry.
2. This is Terry's problem, he should be the one on this forum announcing the news and updating people.
3.ProMazda is not a partner nor has any leagal right to announce the closing of his company. This is why I posted it on the Promazda site. We have several members that are owed either cash, or a product. This is my responsibility, as he was a sponsor of our club.
Im sure there will be more news comming in the next few days. Like I said before, he is a man of his word. Im sure he will follow through.

WTF is going on?
site is still up, just called and heard the message. I really don't think he sounds 'like the life is being sucked out of him'. I wouldn't rush so fast to assume the worst either.
Perhaps there was damage to the building. Perhaps there was a severe illness or death in the company/family. There are alot of things that could have happenned. I think someone who lives near the shop should stop by and try to find out what the deal is instead of people letting their imaginations run wild.

From the problems I have had in the last three months I take it as they are gone. I ordered the Microtech exactly 3 months ago today. Every week there was a new excuse for why I didn't get it. I paid in full $2300 ($300 of that was the core for the altenator), and after 2 months of waiting, I asked for a refund, and every week there has been an excuse to why the check has not been sent. Finally a week ago I received half of the $2300, but I am afraid to cash the check in fear of it bouncing. On top of that, will I ever receive the other half. Also, the website is no longer in full. 2 hours ago it had all the regular website stuff, now it just says "under construction".
I am not trying to give Spool a bad name. Before the Microtech deal, I received excellent service, but now I have no Microtech, no money, no return phone calls, nothing. Merry ******* Christmas!

Dammm..... I have noticed he hasn't been posting on here in a loooong time. I usually see his handle a couple times a week.
Maybe there were certain things that broke them, development of certain parts. I mean they just moved to new facilities, you would think there bussiness was booming. Maybe there were just too many people returning parts. Who knows.

terry has been an assett to this community. please don't flame him until he can give us his side of the story. these assumptuous and speculative posts (minus GOTZOOM) should not be posted. there are things that come up in life that is a little more important than one's car. perhaps terry has come upon one of these events. give him some time. he's been doing this forum right since the beginning, so why turn on him now? he deserves at least the benefit of our doubts.

i think his last post was almost a month ago. if they are really out of business, it had to be something pretty serious!
