^^ not really. For our cars, drilled rotors have issues with cracking (as the holes literally are drilled, not cast into the rotors like they are on any cars that come with thems tock), and they're really just for looks.
Performance with blank rotors is great. I don't know anyone who races the Protege (road track racing.. not just autocrossing, which really won't induce brake fade at all) who uses anything other than blank rotors.

Brembo cross-drilled + slotted
I have the Brembo cross-drilled + slotted rotors just because I got a good deal locally for them... but I still swap my cheap Duralast blanks on for every autox because I don't want to warp/crack the Brembo's.
The blanks aren't that good for open track racing as they get heat-soaked fairly quickly.
