Anyone know how to adjust the xenon lamps up/down?

It seems the driver side headlight is a little higher than the passenger, not alot but it is higher. It SHOULD be the other way around. I noticed this when my wife was following me the other day. Checked the tire pressure, tried adjusting the leveling motors which work fine, but the driver lamp in any position is still higher than the passenger.

Anyone tried adjusting these? I see some what looks to be white "knobs" kind of, but appear very complex and not sure if these are for the actual projector bucket or what.

You are right about left side should be lower than right side.
Mine is OK, however.
Was it that way since day 1 you owned it?

No, I remember playing around with the leveling dial on my garage wall and seeing how the right side was always barely higher, but now its the driver side that is barely higher. Could be a gear slipped one notch. I play around with the leveling dial alot at red lights in back of other cars...its fun. I'm sure there is a manual knob on the back of the headlight somewhere...I'm just a little scared to start turning knobs.

Yup. There are adjustment screws on the headlamp. But you can't just adjust and go. There is a bit of a procedure to get it right. I prefer to use the European measurements for this.

Here is a link to the proper way to adjust headlamps:

Left side should not be lower than right. They should be even for beam pattern to be proper. Like I said use the European headlight spec's on the website. I am a bit of a lighting geek so, trust me. this is the right way to do it.

If the light is not adjustable you most likely ran the shaft off the gear. Now you need to remove headlamp and get inside to repair it. I did that once 100 years ago on my Alfa Romeo 164 headlamp trying to adjust it.

With mine, the pattern looks like: (looking out from driver's seat facing garage door)

hmmm... thanks Alfiss. Although I'm more of a "fly by the seat of your pants" kind of guy. I usually just park out in the driveway and look at my garage wall to see where the light pattern is, and adjust it for my preferences which is what I did on my past cars, but with this one I haven't done it yet. I was under the assumption that driver side is a tad lower for oncoming traffic purposes, whereas the passenger side is a tad higher since there is no oncoming traffic on the right side of the road (in the U.S.).

Do I need to take the cover off the back of the projector bucket?
