i'm the service manager at a company so that's were my "bill Money" comes from but i too have a BS in music performance were my other $800 a month comes from...that's the extra $$

Budget tuning is teh suck - more so with the FSDE 2.0.

Do what I did, and several other members - want something fast?? buy something fast!!

Oh, and mods are addictive... I'm drooling over the APS ST & DT kits for my 350Z

Which is why I'm only semi-pro at best. Besides, being a working musician is the best kind. You can then write songs about real life.

Back on topic - Don't forget about a short shifter, such as the Kartboy. It won't make your car faster, but it'll make you faster. I plan on getting one soon, after I figure out which shift knob to get.

Here's my short list of soon to be done mods:

Upgrade sound system - $1000 (JL Audio e4300, JL 10" sub, Alpine components)
Kartboy SS, bushings, and a different shift knob - $150
Ebay SRI with KN filter - $100

For $1250 my car will feel sportier and sound much better.

I'd love the RB exhaust on my car - if only the price were a bit lower.

Just something else to think about, since unless you go turbo you'll never have a speed demon.

i hear that....sounds like you have a fun couple of months ahead of you!

i've got the "manumatic" p5 so no short shifter for me, but i've decided to go:

---- MR catback exhaust, secret weapon sri hopefully followed by the new ram air hood, and underdrive pulley...holding off on the turbo idea...not sure if its worth it yet...same deal for the "unichip"

we'll see what happens....have fun and post pics when you get it all finished...as i will be too...
