you can have mine...lol

I hate to say it but the MSP is a huge disappointment.. And its not just mine.. They have many flaws some more serious than people think. Hell every damn msp runs so rich that their is fuel in the oil. Thats why our internals go so easy.. Sure some people are hard on their cars but id be surprised to find an msp make it far past 100k without internals going....

SIMPLE GET AN SRT

DA Fastest car EVAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone just ban this troll? I'm sure the people on srtforums aren't all like this guy, but he's really making a bad name for them.

Werd. And they're not, I troll around on the SRT Forums to see what they are up to time to time and the vast majority of them seem cool.

I appreciate the offer but that wouldnt be warrantied. I dont want another hassle if anything happens again. I need to get started on all this paperwork. I guess i will tomorrow.

Wait a second here......You brought your car in for a running/driveability problem in which they found to be a Flooding problem, they said they "fixed" it under warrenty.

Now a couple of weeks? later you had what sounds like a rod bearing failure.....and they don't want to warranty it?????

I have a couple of problems/questions/tips for you.........

1.Did they change the oil when they "fixed" your flooding problem?
2.If the flooding got to the point that the vehicle doesn't run, I always drop the pan to ensure the bearings didnt get damaged due to getting washed out with gas (and it is somewhat standard procedure). did they?
3.If they didn't do those things, my question is why not? Since it was a failure of the pcm under warrenty it seems they would check them out.
4.I usually don't agree w/ people w/mods complaining about warrenty, however after reading the past problems with your vehicle I have to say that what happened to your vehicle was inevitable. ANY car that is flooded to the point of not running has a HUGE risk of rod bearing failure. Especially if the proper percautions weren't taken.

and yes that came from a tech.

I mean, I knew it was 170hp before I even saw one in person. I drove it, was satisfied with it's performance, so I bought it. No mods, and guess what? No problems.

I don't see anything ignorant about that response, IMO. The car was designed for 170 bhp, so you can't double the hp and expect it to last.
I also don't think a SRI and FMIC will cause any problems. I have a SRI, DP and exhaust and haven't had any issues, yet.
i along with a couple others doubled it...how long will it last?(boom07)
i still say no one should go over 5psi (boom08)............but me.

Im trying to get ahold of my lawyer tomorrow. I am going to obtain hardcopies of all their work. And i dont know if they changed the oil or not. Im gonna find out. As far as i know they didnt cuz they never put a sticker in my window. Yes they ****** up and they will pay. I just wish i had another car or i would have never paid to get it fixed now. But reimbursement will work .
