Did it myself!
Some weeks I have no time and some days I find the time - usually late at night when the kids are sleeping. Anyhow did it myself.
The front took about 4 hours - could easily do it again in about two. 1) uesd the reverse bolt method to get the strut out - worked but make sure you clamp it before you reinstall the strut or you will have problems. Also I cut my stoppers instead of removing them - I thought a little protection is better than none - the car is lowered about 1/2 inch and I cut over an inche off so - I have a safe cushion. It takes over an hour to compress the srings, take them off, then compress the new springs and then take those off - all by hand.
As for the rear - about 3 hours. Did not drop the sub frame for the camber arms - it took me almost 40 minutes to reinstall the 3 little screws that hold the vabor canister - what a pain. Springs in the rear very easy.
Cheers!
