haha no prob brian....ok more on the wiring...ok the MAF in and outs...obviously this takes the actual maf signal in and changes it to whatever you set it at and sends a "new" signal to the ecu...of course now as we know this is absolutely useless if the 1st o2 sensor catches wind of this...so the o2 in and out adjust the o2 signal by the same margin as the maf adjusments...so the ecu never knows any better and is never able to learn its way around it.... now on maps, which to me is the best part...the R4 software allows you to make and save maps as you please, now yes only one map can be loaded at a time, but you can literally store thousands on your comp...thus you can trade these things like baseball cars via email, the forums, etc...its basically just like a word document or jpeg...eventually what I'd like to see is everyone talking back and forth and sharing different maps...now for those of you worried about bogus maps and such, we will also offer "official" maps...that is maps we get from customers that we personally have put to the test and checked for safety and performance....noclue to answer your question, to turn it off you'd simply just reset the map back to stock adjustments...we were actually able to hide it well enough that Evil still cant find it after 4 days of hunting in the engine bay....the great thing about black boxes is they blend in perfectly...
